1. Folie des Grandeurs
If you have to achieve something, you will take the steepest hill and climb it. Everything is a performance, why not make it a Spectacle. You aim for what is grand because you are great, and if there is nobody to throw you the line, they will simply be in the audience.
2. La Discipline dans l’Hédonisme
Il n’est pas question de liberté sans limites. L’hédonisme a ses limites. Pardon my French !
The hedonist knows their boundaries for they know what they are pursuing, for they will never pursue what is external to their desires. Alas, it not my place to judge the grandiosity of one’s desires.
3. Bourdainisme (Referring to the eating adventurously part)
Indulge in taste, textures, fluids and touch. You will not know a person intimately until you have had dinner with them, sex comes after.
a) Never trust a man who eats his food without any sauce.
b) Never trust anybody who adds ice to every drink.
c) You will get your hands dirty for love (lobster).
d) You do not leave the best for last, because you will have the best at any and every time.
4.Symposium
“Do not speak at the dinner table” was invented by Americans because it is the only time they get to shut up for 10 minutes.
Eating together is the perfect time to converse, share thoughts, laugh and discuss particular topics. Chez nous, we eat for 45 minutes, and often must wait between dishes. You will have the time to healthily gossip, talk about your plans for the week ahead, and even indulge into political debates.
And obviously, to end this on the best note: Happy Leo Season to the fellow Leos and the Leos-in-apprenticeship.
Bisous aux libertines.
